Almost 2 decades of working with women in various environments globally, always within beauty, aesthetics, health & wellness, has proven to me that:

THE MODERN WOMAN IS AN EMBODIED REFLECTION OF THE CURRENT STATE OF OUR MOTHER EARTH: BURNT OUT, UNDERNOURISHED, OVERSTIMULATED AND OVER-EXTRACTED.

We are disconnected from our bodies, our creativity, our wisdom, our sacred cycles our seasons, yet we are conditioned to believe that it´s all ¨normal¨.

But rejuvenation and restoration should not be expensive, complex or drastic. It should simply start with deep nourishment, small daily rituals, learning how to listen to your body and recognise what you need at the moment. Those needs are ever changing, and so should be our approach.

The purpose of Fanaberia Alchemy is to empower & support you in your journey of reclaiming vitality, without having to rebrand your entire life.

MY OFFERINGS ARE DESIGNED TO FIT INTO WOMAN´S MODERN LIFE, WITH AN OBJECTIVE TO HELP HER THRIVE & STAY RESILIENT IN THE MOST NOURISHING AND ACCESSIBLE WAY.

My practice is rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing and centred around holistic wellbeing. I have spent several years learning from world-renowned herbalists, deepening my knowledge in folk herbalism, sacred cycles, seasonal and regenerative living, permaculture & beyond, finally becoming certified herbalist myself. However, as a forever-apprentice to the Sacred Wild, the learning never ends.

In the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing there is no one-suits-all approach, as well as there is no white pill that works in just a couple of minutes. Every story, journey & needs are different.

During your private Herbal Wellness Sessions we will:

• create personalised plan that fits into your daily routine, so that your body & soul feel nurtured, guided and supported.

• gather your personal botanical tools, such as elixirs, potions and infusions based on safe and abundant plant allies that are calling you the most (we will it find them together during the session).

• provide you with custom spells and rituals to support your deep connection to self through sacred ceremony.

I will be honoured to assist you,

Marta Zofia
